domestic orders (Korea) shipped via Rosen (1–3 days, free over 50,000 KRW; wholesale free over 100,000 KRW).

International shipping via EMS

/ EMS Premium (3–7 days depending on destination and weight/volume).

Return request must be submitted within 1 week of delivery.

Returns accepted for change of mind, incorrect delivery, or shipping damage (unopened only).

Opened or damaged items due to customer negligence are non-refundable.
